Indianapolis Marriott Downtown Hotel

Location was fabulous! Enjoyed shopping and dining. Pleasant interactions in consierge area; nice snacks/breakfast.

Internet was quite slow. Parking was congested making it slow-going to get vehicle back from valet.

The staff were all professional and provided excellent service. The room we had included a safe, TV and a refrigerator😃

The housekeeping team and services was impeccable. clean rooms, nothing missing, very subtle and calm in their movement, you don't notice they are there. othe rplaces i have been too you can see material jamming the hallways and entrances. very decent and clean.

Very bad wifi connection almost not existent. very slow and very undependable. it clicks for five minutes andthen disappears for hours. this is at all levls be it in the free wifi area or in the paid guset room area. very irritating

The room was nice and cozy. Enjoyed the vibrant lobby with plenty of seating and a great ambiance.

It was close to the Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, the Basketball arena and all within walking distance.

The only thing was a free breakfast.

Staff was great. Even if they gave me a rough time about my Browns losing lol. She helped us find things around the area instead of driving around. Great time.

Paying for internet in room but you'll have that

This place was just an excellent fit for a weekend rest in Indianapolis with fantastic value for money. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful . Make sure to check out the Starbucks on the second floor!

For the convention, the Marriott was very well located. The hotel was clean, well designed, and quiet.

Location

Walls in the room were paper-thin. Upon check-in, the person at the desk couldn't find my "booking #" and locate my reservation or confirmation. Took about 15 minutes and finally got my room. He also took my parking ticket stub but did not validate like he said he would, so my room key did not work to get out. The girl let the gate open but said she would have to re-bill and add this charge to my statement.

I loved it. So happy all around Would stay again .......I give it a ten

The lobby was vibrant, and the employees were genuinely helpful. I'll never forget how the valets ran to get my car after an exhausting meeting.

It wasn't exactly a steal, but for what we got, I guess it was acceptable.

Location of hotel was great. Hospitality was as good as can be expected

Friendly staff, outstanding location, clean, onsite bar/coffee shop, excellent value.

Parking fee was a bit high, but considering the location and security aspects, it's probably in-line.

The kids enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It was convenient to walk to local attractions.

My kids wished there was a pool for some splash time.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

No separate gift shop. If you wanted candy or soda you had to pay for it at the front desk.
